DESCRIPTION
Dave Silk was kind enought to autographed and donated this USA hockey puck. Silkie was the starting left wing on the 1980 USA Gold Medal winning hockey team. The puck has was donated to benefit the Cure Tay-Sachs Foundation. This item includes a COA from the CTSF.
Item will be available at the October / November 2010 Tay-Sachs Charity Auction!! Crowne Plaza Hotel - Cleveland, OH!!
